| Kick-off Event: | Saturday April 5, 2003 at 8:30am in Marshall Park. The event will include a 15 mile Recreation Ride, Hand Cycle Criterium, Corporate Relays, Kids Bike Rodeo, Entertainment and Food. |
| Ride Date: | Friday April 11, 2003 through Sunday, April 13, 2003 |
| Location: | Ride will officially start in Monroe, NC Friday morning and we expect to arrive in Myrtle Beach at approximately 2:00pm Sunday afternoon. |
| Purpose: | To raise money for the ASAP program and increase awareness of adaptive sports. |
| Registration Fee: | A nonrefundable registration fee of $30 is required with registration. |
| Pledge Requirement: | ASAP asks that all riders and riding volunteers set a goal to raise $1000.00 **At least $250 in pledges must be received by March 1, 2003 to be able to ride. |
| Lodging: |
Lodging* will be provided Friday, Saturday and Sunday during the trip along the way. *Please indicate necessity of accessible accommodations on registration form. We will try to grant all requests, but a limited amount of fully accessible rooms will be available. |
| Transportation: | Transportation back to Charlotte on Monday will be provided. Please notify us if you will be making your own arrangements. |
| Rain Date: | In the case of rain or floods, the route may need to be altered or shortened as not to jeopardize your safety. |

opportunity for cyclists with a disability to accomplish such an incredible achievement while raising funds and awareness for
